"ED" what??? O_O
I was search from Wikipedia. The definition is the process of addressing surrounding environmental parameters when devising plans, programs, policies, buildings, or products.
From our lecturer's notes, the definition is a place based marketing that offers customer experiences in making contact with the brand.
So, you will be reading a lot of information about environmental design.
